Evyx Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the services.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.

Evyx Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
